Arrival in Tanzania
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to the luxurious Arusha Coffee Lodge, nestled within one of Tanzania’s largest working coffee plantations. Surrounded by lush gardens and the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee, the lodge offers a peaceful sanctuary to recover from your international journey. Spend the remainder of the day relaxing in your elegant plantation suite or indulging in one of the lodge’s premium facilities. In the evening, your guide will provide a detailed safari briefing before a gourmet dinner and your first overnight in Tanzania.

Arusha → Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most beautiful wilderness areas and home to some of Africa’s largest elephant populations. Begin your first exciting game drive through landscapes dominated by ancient baobab trees, open savannah, riverine forests and seasonal wetlands. You may encounter elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, elands and an impressive variety of birdlife. Picnic lunch in the park before continuing your afternoon safari. Later, arrive at the award-winning Oliver’s Camp, an intimate luxury camp offering exceptional service and an authentic safari atmosphere in the heart of Tarangire.

Spend a full day exploring the remarkable landscapes of Tarangire. With no need to travel between destinations, you can fully appreciate the park’s incredible wildlife and diverse ecosystems. Tarangire is also renowned for its outstanding birdlife, making it a paradise for bird enthusiasts and photographers alike. Enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch in the bush before an afternoon game drive, returning to Oliver’s Camp to relax around the campfire and enjoy fine dining under the African stars.

Tarangire → Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart Tarangire and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through picturesque villages and the fertile highlands of northern Tanzania. Descend approximately 600 metres into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s finest wildlife destinations. The crater floor supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, offering excellent opportunities to encounter the Big Five, including the endangered black rhino. Look for lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, jackals, zebras, wildebeests, flamingos and numerous bird species. After a picnic lunch on the crater floor, ascend the rim and continue to The Highlands, an exclusive luxury lodge set high on the slopes of the Olmoti Volcano.

After breakfast, depart the Ngorongoro Highlands and journey into the legendary Serengeti National Park, travelling through breathtaking landscapes with wildlife sightings along the way. Enjoy a full day exploring the spectacular eastern Serengeti, an area renowned for its large populations of big cats and expansive open plains. Your professional guide will tailor the day’s game drives according to recent wildlife movements, providing exceptional opportunities to observe lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hyenas and countless other species.
