Day 1
Arrival in Tanzania
Your unforgettable family safari begins as you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Zanzibar Island. A friendly Gardenia African Safaris representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer. If arriving early, you can enjoy a brief town tour in Arusha, visit local markets, or relax at your accommodation. This days is all about settling in, meeting your driver-guide, and receiving a short safari briefing. Depending on your arrival time, you’ll either rest at a FOREST HILL HOTEL in Arusha or continue your journey the next morning. Take in the fresh Tanzanian air, enjoy dinner, and prepare for an exciting adventure ahead. Overnight stay at Kerama Silent Lodge (or similar). Meals: Dinner (if arriving late, snacks or light meal provided).

Day 2
Tarangire National Park – Wildlife Wonders
After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, about 2.5 hours away. Known for its large elephant population, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal river, Tarangire is a hidden gem of Tanzania’s northern circuit. Enjoy a thrilling full-day game drive with a delicious picnic lunch at a scenic spot inside the park. Keep your eyes peeled for lions, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, and the elusive leopard.
