Day 1

Your overnight stay will be at either the Forest Hill Hotel, nestled in a serene, tree-filled setting, or the welcoming Pazuri Inn, offering clean, comfortable rooms and local hospitality. Both lodges provide a relaxed atmosphere for resting after your international flight. Depending on arrival time, you may have the chance to explore the vibrant town of Arusha, visit local markets, or enjoy a freshly prepared meal at your lodge. This evening, your guide will brief you on the exciting safari ahead. Dinner and overnight in Arusha, preparing for your journey into the wild.
Day 2
Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its iconic baobab trees and one of Tanzania’s largest elephant populations. The park’s lifeline is the Tarangire River, attracting diverse wildlife, especially during the dry season. Enjoy a scenic game drive through open savannahs and river valleys as you search for lions, giraffes, antelope, and over 500 bird species. A picnic lunch in the park allows you to soak in the wilderness fully. In the afternoon, continue your exploration or relax at your lodge.
